Bitcoin is about $83,000, and there are no fresh ETF figures until Monday

Cardano Daily
Bitcoin spent Sunday close to where it started the day. CoinGecko had it at $83,063 around 16:30, about 0.2 percent higher on the day, with a market value of about $1.67 trillion. There is no breakout story here. There is a story about a level that derivatives and funds are watching while US markets are closed.
CryptoSlate wrote on Saturday that the weekend is testing the area around $80,400. In their piece, Binance futures have negative funding, and Sunday's options book on Deribit is worth $272.4 million and tilted to the put side, with a put to call ratio of 1.77. The round levels they draw from that are $80,400 and $84,800. That is their reading of the book, not an instruction to the market.
The funds wait until Monday
The same piece, citing Farside's table, says US spot Bitcoin ETFs let out almost $730 million on 7 and 8 October, $484.9 million and then $244.1 million, and that Friday 9 October brought a modest inflow of $21.1 million. The weekend adds no new rows. The next business day is Monday, 12 October.
Bitcoin.com News carries a drawdown analysis: the drop from $87,027 on 5 October to $80,404 on 9 October, about 7.6 percent, close to the average drawdown of the 2022 to 2025 cycle. From that average the author draws a lower reference around $74,500 and says he would look for larger buys between $74,000 and $75,000. That too is someone else's arithmetic, only reported here.
The chain is cheap
On the same afternoon, mempool.space returns 1 satoshi per virtual byte for every recommended fee level. The mempool held about 76,500 transactions. Hashrate in the three month window the API gives stands at about 1,015 exahash per second. The next difficulty adjustment is estimated at about plus 4.4 percent, on Thursday 16 October around 19:28 Central European time.
