Leios entered the Fire phase, and the node 11.2 tag is still not confirmed

Cardano Daily
IOG announced on 12 October at 14:00 Central European time that the Leios public testnet Musashi Dojo is entering the Fire phase. That is the third of five phases. In Earth, according to IOG's write-up, the peak was 26.8 TxkB/s against 4.51 on Praos, about six times higher, with 63 pools. Release candidate rc-2026w41, published on 11 October, goes onto node 11.2 according to SIPO, with an endorser limit of 600 kB and fields from the Dijkstra era. Musashi Dojo is live. DijkstraNet is not: a curl to dijkstranet.cardano-scaling.org returns 000 today.
The claim of “440 TPS” circulating on X is not independently confirmed as of 13 October. SPO reactions to Fire are positive: SIPO_Tokyo, AichiStakePool, HAMDAStakePool with three test nodes, envystakepool, hix_coffeepool. Cardanians and nftmatt are following without a negative tone, with a question about where the system breaks.

HFWG minutes and the missed 11.2 deadline
The hard fork working group minutes from 13 October confirm the path from 11.2 to 11.3 and a London workshop on node diversity on 12 and 13 November. Issue 6672 is in play for 11.2 and 840 for 11.3, with Plutus 1.72 or newer. The action items on the minutes page are empty today. The next meeting is on 20 October.
The 11.2 tag is not confirmed on the cardano-node releases atom feed. The “before 13 October” deadline from the earlier minutes was missed. The draft of pull request 6732 is still a draft with 18 commits, with no move since yesterday morning. Request 6677 was updated on the evening of 12 October. Request 6735, on the genesis and Leios variant, was updated today at 09:47. Releases 11.2, 11.3 and 12.0 are not confirmed. The recommendation from Intersect weekly review 132 is still 11.1.3, minimum 11.1.2; in epoch 660 about 30 percent of blocks were on an older node.
Votes and TxPipe
The proposals on a lower minPoolCost and OpenZeppelin are still expired with no resubmission. The only live action is the poll on the k parameter, from 500 to 1000. DReps are at 4.63 percent, pool operators at 2.05 percent. It expires around 21 October, at the boundary of epoch 663. SongMarketCap writes today that TxPipe in Pallas 1.2.0 is preparing LeiosNotify and LeiosFetch; thirteen Dijkstra blocks on Musashi passed a byte-identical round trip. Blink Labs published Dingo v0.81.3 at 00:43, dependency bumps only, with no new protocol claim.
