Leios EndorserBlock and Plutus V4 land in the ledger, and tag 11.2 is still not published

IOG's weekly report of 16 October says the ledger team defined the Leios EndorserBlock, added a Leios committee query, extended Dijkstra forecasting with Peras parameters and set Plutus V4 as the highest script language for Dijkstra. The same day, around 14:10 Central European time, the latest tagged remains 11.1.3 from 29 September. Tag 11.2 is not published.
Pull requests for 11.2 are still moving: 6677 at 13:59 and draft 6732 at 09:51. 6723 (Prometheus binding) was merged. The ledger update of 14 October, published on the 15th, breaks the silence since 30 September and brings EndorserBlock 6174, committee query 6168, Peras parameters 6126 and PlutusV4 6124; after the report, 6187, 6189 and 6188 were also merged. Mithril 2642.0 shipped as a pre-release at 10:41 CEST, with “preliminary support for the upcoming 11.2”. Hydra, in a test setup, raised the snapshot limit from 1,000 to 4,000 tx.
Musashi Fire and the SPOs
Musashi is live in the Fire phase; the latest RC remains rc-2026w41. DijkstraNet is not live. illimitable_HSP (JOKER Pool) reports 360,710 of its own transactions in the Musashi Dojo load test, peak 18.6 tx/s — its own figures. shiodome47 (SODM) reports 58 tx in the best second, noting local node acceptance, not an on-chain count. On the delay of tag 11.2 and on Peras there is no SPO reaction in the X sample. CheekyCrypto: “four gates away from your ADA. None is passed yet.” The “52% complete” figure for Leios RC from Cardanians_io is not verified.
Copper Reserve and the calendar
The Copper Reserve of 22 million ADA (Toto Finance) has 12 DRep “no” votes (yesterday 4) and 2 “yes”, i.e. 0.24 percent against a 67 percent threshold; CC is at 0 percent. The k 500→1000 poll stands at 4.77 percent DRep / 2.05 percent SPO, with expiry on 21 October. HFWG minutes from 13 October still put mainnet-ready in the week of 19 October; the RC 11.3 backstop around 23 October is not confirmed. CF Research Exchange has its first session on 19 October at 15:00 CEST; the IOG R&D session is on 22 October at 16:00.
