Leios needs a Musashi respin; AURORA is a new 940,000 ADA treasury action

Cardano Daily
Intersect on 18 October reports that Musashi is in the “Fire” phase, on a testnet larger than Preview and Preprod (@IntersectMBO). SongMarketCap on 19 October says the new endorser-block encoding in Leios is incompatible with earlier versions, so operators delete the chain DB and Leios databases and sync from genesis — confirmed by the rc-2026w42 release notes (“Requires respin”). Certification is possible 14 slots after an announcement (CIP-164); across an epoch boundary it is forbidden. Today at 10:50 a commit “Put proposed initial parameters” landed, a condition for the 11.3 RC. Respin completion: information is not available.
Hoskinson the same day announces a Treasury “reference cluster” for security reviews of all nodes (@IOHK_Charles). There is no budget, specification or treasury action. SPO @BBHMM_Stake writes “Big week for Leios… Cardano keeps shipping”; there is no complaint about the respin in the sample. On the cluster, some users complain about cost, at low reach.
AURORA, Peras, tag 11.2 and Dingo
AURORA, a 940,000 ADA treasury action (Fairway Global) for a shared “market layer” of credit markets and open APIs, was submitted on 18 October at 23:14 CEST — the first new action since 15 Oct. DRep: 0.29 percent / 67 percent (3 yes / 3 no); expires with e669. Copper 22 million ADA: DRep “no” votes rise from 19 to 29, “yes” stays at 0.24 percent. The k poll (expires 21 Oct): DRep 5.04 percent, SPO 2.05 percent.
Peras consensus #2382 merged on 19 October at 11:26. cardano-node: the latest release and tag remains 11.1.3 (29 Sep); tag 11.2 does not exist. Draft PR #6736 was updated today at 13:53. HFWG for 20 Oct published an agenda (11.2, 11.3, CIP-23, Dijkstra risk log, CAP-12, node diversity) without conclusions. DijkstraNet is not live.
Dingo, according to SMC, passed all 10,536 cases in three suites, with an overall 86.19 percent and 44.77 percent on the performance benchmark. A≠B: yesterday published percentages of 98.35–98.92 percent and “100 percent”; Blink Labs does not consider it ready for mainnet production. CIP-0113 is in “Active Review” per @Cardano; claims that it is “live on mainnet” are not confirmed as of 19 Oct.
