NIGHT is at 0.2146 ADA, and a draft MIP would pay pool operators in NIGHT

NIGHT is a little lower in the ADA pair, and the dollar prints do not agree. Around 14:08 Central European time, SongMarketCap holds NIGHT at 0.214584 ADA and at $0.041022, down 0.19 percent in 24 hours and up 5.77 percent over seven days. The working ADA price is 0.2146. Yesterday this desk stood at 0.214900 ADA. CoinGecko in the same window gives $0.042015 and a gain of 3.67 percent. A NIGHT/ADA pool on GeckoTerminal shows $0.041926. Those are three dollar windows, not three tokens. ADA is almost flat on the day, so the short story in the ADA pair and in dollars no longer matches.

A draft of rewards

Pull request 406, opened on 29 October, is titled as native NIGHT block rewards and a revision of MPS-0019. The status is draft. It is not live. On the description carried by a post on X, rewards would be paid on Midnight from the Cardano reserve of NIGHT, and the first version covers only ADA pool operators. @visionandvibehq posted that at 17:45 on 2 November. The post has 71 likes. That is a reading of a draft, not a payout.

At 21:21 on 2 November @IOHK_Charles wrote "Midnight fixes this." The post has 506 likes, 53 reposts, and 35,198 views. That is a comment, not a schedule. At 11:38 on 3 November @MidnightNtwrk wrote "one team, one dream." The post has 129 likes and 5,140 views. That is not a release note either.

Lace 2.5.0 has not moved since 29 October. midnight.foundation has had no new piece since 21 July. Midnight's documentation returned 429 today, so this desk does not add a page that did not load.
