NIGHT is about $0.049, and Nightframe still has no official write-up

Cardano Daily
NIGHT held its price on Sunday afternoon. It did not explain it. On SongMarketCap, in a reading around 16:30, it stood at 0.1969 ADA, about $0.0487 at the rate then, and about 4.9 percent higher in the ADA pair than the day before. DexHunter put the average for the same token at 0.1968 ADA. CoinGecko for midnight-3 reports $0.0486 and a gain of about 1.6 percent in dollars. The gap between the ADA pair and the dollar pair is normal here: ADA is cheaper today, so the token can rise against it and barely move in dollars.
Market value on CoinGecko was about $808 million. SongMarketCap in the same hour is closer to $759 million. Those are not two different NIGHTs. They are two different ways of turning an ADA pair into dollars.
The keynote exists, the minutes do not
Charles Hoskinson left a recording of the keynote on X on Saturday. SongMarketCap carried it under a headline that presents Nightframe as the successor to the usual smart contract. The page with that headline had no longer text at the time of writing, so this piece does not retell other people's summaries about agents, proofs and hardware. I did not find an official written report of that talk.
The recording is on YouTube, the post is on Hoskinson's account. Anyone who wants the detail should watch the source, not a paraphrase of a paraphrase.
OKCoin Japan
Midnight's account on X says NIGHT arrives on OKCoin Japan on Tuesday, 13 October, at 10:00 Central European time. That announcement does not say what form the token takes, spot or something narrower. I could not load the post again while writing this, so the hour and the date stay as they stand on that link, not as something I saw on the exchange page today.
