Node 11.2 heads toward a pre-release without Linear Leios, and the Copper Reserve of 22 million ADA is live

SongMarketCap on 15 October at 11:01 writes that 11.2 is expected as a pre-release by the end of the week, with everything planned for Dijkstra except Linear Leios, which goes into 11.3. At 14:12 Central European time the tag still does not exist; the latest tagged remains 11.1.3. Draft pull request 6736 “prepare 11.2” opened on 14 October; PR 6709 (Dijkstra testnet) was still moving.
HFWG minutes from 13 October put “mainnet-ready” in the week of 19 October, with a DijkstraNet respin pv11→pv12. 11.2 brings Nested Tx (CIP-118) and guard scripts (CIP-112) for Plutus V4, but not a hard fork. 11.3 carries Linear Leios (CIP-164) and is a candidate for 12.0. The path RC 11.3 around 23 October → GA around 10 November → enactment by 15 December is not confirmed; 11.4 would knock it down, according to the HFWG of 6 October.
Musashi Fire and the SPOs
Musashi is live in the Fire phase; the latest RC remains rc-2026w41. DijkstraNet is not live. Intersect announced two office hours on 15 October. ch1bo_ (IOG) writes that the load is “fully crowd sourced by the participating SPOs”. BBHMM_Stake reports “122.2 TPS record… 1.96M TXs” from its own dashboard, not an official figure. On the 11.2 tag and on Peras there is no SPO reaction in the 24-hour X sample. Cardanians_io: “Leios could be the largest upgrade in the history of Cardano.”
Copper Reserve ₳22M
A TreasuryWithdrawals of 22,000,000 ADA landed on chain on 15 October at 03:01:09 and expires in epoch 668. The administrator is Toto Finance Inc. Allocation in the metadata: 14,724,409 ADA (66.93 percent) copper, 2,640,000 (12 percent) tech/PM, the rest operations, execution and administration; about 1.6 percent of the treasury. DRep support is 0.24 percent (2 yes / 4 no; active 12.44 million ADA for / 49.87 million against), CC with no votes, threshold about 67 percent. Cardanoscan: “SPO Not eligible.” There are no SPO or user reactions in the X sample.
