Node 11.2 preparation is merged, the release tag is still missing, and the hard-fork group meets today

Daily on Cardano
Intersect merged the preparation overnight and did not put a release tag on it. PR #6732, SRE Node 11.2 preparation, merged on 27 October at 00:52 Central European time. It brings a config envelope for cardano-config 2.2.2.0, LSM paths, and one BLS key. The latest release on the page is still 11.1.3 from 29 September. PR #6677, the bump to 11.2, stays open. Tracking issue #6672 reads builds, needs review, and the rest is done. At 14:21 there is no 11.2 tag. That is the seventh day past the "this week" deadline in the 20 October working-group minutes. Yesterday's desk counted the sixth.
What is in the ledger, and what is still not a tag
In the ledger, #6224 merged, Fix redeemers for PV12, on 26 October at 19:01, and #6225, Fix block body size in Dijkstra, on 27 October at 01:11. #6223 and #6059 are merged as well. Node #6740, a memory leak, is also merged. cardano-cli 11.6.0.0 came out on 26 October at 17:31 and supports Dijkstra sub-transactions. Dingo v0.89.0 came out on 27 October and fixes the Leios relay and voting. It is not a cardano-node release. Mithril has an unstable pre-release from 27 October at 11:04. The stable release remains 2642.0.
The hard-fork working group meets today at 15:30. On the agenda are 11.2, 11.3 with CIP-23, the Dijkstra risk log, a Leios impact estimate, Dijkstra parameters in the CAP, the London workshop on 12 and 13 November, and funding the group from the TSC budget. A summary of today's meeting does not exist yet. A hard fork to protocol 12 is not confirmed as of 27 October 2026. Koios still reports protocol 11.0. On 26 October at 15:12 @angrycryptoshow wrote the hard fork now in progress. Primary sources do not confirm that. At 11:23 today @Lucasdb86 writes: Cardano node 11.2 still has no tag, and that he would rather it slip than ship buggy. At 15:56 yesterday @BBHMM_Stake writes that the pool is the first Dingo pool on Musashi, with the Preview, Preprod, Musashi, and Dijkstra testnets.
Leios rc-2026w43 from 26 October remains the latest release. At 12:36 today main has the commit Generate a musashi dojo topology. Musashi is live. The DijkstraNet portal does not respond. Dijkstra is the next ledger era. Phase 1, the era and Linear Leios, aims at the fourth quarter of 2026. The Peras weekly of 23 October confirms BLS signatures and a higher quorum threshold, merged PRs #75 through #77, and the cardano-kosmos testnet. Peras is an intra-era inside Dijkstra. Weekly #135 is unpublished. #134 of 24 October remains the latest and repeats that without 11.2 there is no action for a hard fork toward protocol 12.

Treasury, votes, and police evidence
At 10:51 today The Crypto Basic writes that the treasury received its first refund on mainnet. On 20 and 21 October Intersect returned 115,172 ADA, 55,172 plus 60,000, from the 2025 Product Committee budget, through SweepTreasury transactions. That is about $23,483. All 2026 projects sit on on-chain contracts, 25 contracts, with audits by MLabs and TxPipe. Feedback is accepted through 6 November. At the transition into epoch 664 the treasury on Koios rose to 1,389,274,982 ADA, up 3,602,917. According to the Cardano Foundation, via the same outlet, the 12-month net is minus 232.5 million ADA. Income is 281.7 million, and withdrawals are 532.4 million.
Koios, epoch 664, threshold 67 percent. Copper, 22 million ADA, is at 0.32 percent of DRep yes votes, yesterday 0.33, with 3 yes and 65 no. The constitutional committee is 0-2-0. Expiry is epoch 668. AURORA, 0.94 million ADA, is at 1.62 percent, yesterday 1.60, with 10 yes and 29 no. The constitutional committee is 0-2-0. Expiry is epoch 669. PFMS is at 4.69 percent, yesterday 4.62, with 16 yes and 8 no. The constitutional committee is 1-0-0. Expiry is epoch 669. There are no new actions. None is near the threshold.
On 26 October at 14:49 the Cardano Foundation published a case study. Since 2025 police in Uttar Pradesh have used TrivolveTech FMS. Evidence hashes go on mainnet, and the data stays off-chain. The project is tied to the PFMS proposal of 9.6 million ADA. The AMA is on 28 October at 15:00. At 03:25 today @IOHK_Charles posted Cardano's new language expectations. The link was not opened, so the content of that post is not in this piece. In an interview SongMarketCap carried on 25 October he predicts Bitcoin at $250,000 within 24 months and a post-quantum transition for Cardano in 3 to 5 years, with no hard-fork date. The text was only partly read. Developers Office Hours #85 on CIP-0113 is on 30 October. Daedalus 11.6.0 remains as described on 25 October: it detects gaps after a partial Mithril sync and offers Rebuild blockchain data. At 10:28 today @Cardanians_io writes about WhatsApp staking of ADA through ChatterPay. The primary source was not opened, so the shape of the product is not in this piece.
On SongMarketCap, published 26 October, Dave showed Cardano Intelligence over Solada token data: holders, wallet links, transaction flows. No forensic findings are documented, and a release date is not known. SOLADA is down 9.95 percent in 24 hours and 33.9 percent in seven days. NuNet's NTX balance review still runs through 3 November. NTX is down 34.9 percent in seven days. Fluid, PRIME, Orion, IBC, and Reeve are unchanged since 24 October.
Calendar, Central European time. Today: the working group at 15:30 and Governance Hour #12 on Copper at 17:30. Wednesday: the Cardano Foundation AMA at 15:00, the DRep Call at 16:00, the Fed at 19:00, and the STRC vote. Thursday: Members Meeting at 12:00, CAP Review at 16:00, the Bitcoin difficulty estimate around 17:48, and the ECB. Friday: Dev Office Hours #85, the BOJ, the MiCA deadline, and Binance's deadline in Brazil. Epoch 665 begins on 31 October. The NuNet review closes on 3 November. London is 12 and 13 November. Copper expires on 15 November.
