Peras entered the ledger, Mithril spoke up, and the node 11.2 tag is still not confirmed

SongMarketCap writes today that Tweag stood up a testnet with the latest Peras code and that Cardano Ledger merged Peras parameters on 13 October. Peras remains voting on Praos that ends in a certificate; CIP-0140 is “proposed”, and no mainnet date is set. Musashi Dojo is still in the Fire phase with candidate rc-2026w41. DijkstraNet is not live: a curl returns 000 today.
TxPipe in Pallas 1.2.0 on the Musashi relay confirms LeiosNotify and LeiosFetch — negotiation, endorser body, inline votes — while the tx path is not confirmed. HAMDAStakePool reports three Leios test nodes and a w41 update for 16 October.
HFWG, the 11.2 tag and Mithril
The hard fork working group minutes from 13 October put 11.2 as Dijkstra without Linear Leios: pre-release the week of 12 October, mainnet-ready the week of 19 October. 11.3 carries Linear Leios and is a candidate for 12.0. Tags 11.2, 11.3 and 12.0 are not confirmed on the cardano-node releases atom feed; the latest tagged remains 11.1.3 from 29 September. The draft of pull request 6732 today has 22 commits, 6677 has 10, and 6735 was merged on 13 October at 15:28. The London workshop on node diversity remains 12 and 13 November. The next HFWG is around 20 October.
The Mithril Update of 14 October breaks the silence: SNARK 3557, STM 3572, Upgrade Cardano 11.1.3 3601 and a run of CLI, CI, WASM and firewall items are closed. Still in progress are Upgrade 11.2 3585, Release 2642 3498 and DMQ 0.7.2.0 3602.
Votes that expired
The OpenZeppelin payout of 11,787,063 ADA and the cut of minPoolCost from 170 to 75 ADA expired at the boundary of epoch 661. Koios at 14:14 gives DRep support of 4.00 percent for OpenZeppelin and 44.18 percent for minPoolCost, against a 67 percent threshold. The constitutional committee was 5-0 on both. On-chain min_pool_cost still stands at 170 ADA. A resubmission is not confirmed. The only live action is the poll on the k parameter, from 500 to 1000: DReps at 4.77 percent, pool operators at 2.05 percent, expiry around 21 October at the boundary of epoch 663.
